Responsibilities: 

  • Social Media - Ticket Handling
  • Connecting with high profile riders &influencers on social media & represent Uber's best customer support spirit
  • Handling user issue from various internal teams i.e. IRT, ECR, Cross support, CEO Escalations, Customer Issue, MFI partner concerns, provide language support to SL/BD, supports Driver Issue from BPOs & keeping high focus on critical issues.
  • Should have the ability to handle safety-related critical issues on social media with empathy & presence of mind while working with relevant teams internally & resolving issues on time
  • Providing best customer support through emails & phone calls alike for all of our audiences, if need be. We take pride in the fact that we treat riders and driver-partners as equal.
  • Should be able to help in improving processes & never shy away if you have to build a new process.
  • Identifying the patterns & help in making the support systems better.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills with proven ability to write clear, concise with accurate messages
  • Should have awareness of social media trends/developments & how those can be implemented to improve community engagement service
  • Having good In-depth knowledge of & passion for social media Expertise & curiosity about social media standard methodologies.
