Job Description

• Checking & meeting SLA Targets as per given guidelines

• Updating yourself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System

• Make sure that you have to adherence to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work

• Make sure that the adherence to Customer’s policies and procedures should be there.

• Cooperating with Compliance & Security officers during Security checks

• Accessing rights compliance

• You are responsible for meeting individual productivity & quality targets which will be helpful in your career growth and development


Roles & Responsibilities:

Must Have
- Aware of Operating procedures
- Should be aware of Service Levels
- Should be aware of Process metrics
- Should be Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Behavioral Skills & Attributes
- Should be able to make judgements based on practice and previous experience
- Should have Excellent communication skills in order to provide best client service
- Should be a Good listener & communicator who effectively conveys information verbally & writing
- Strong have interpersonal and people management skills
- Should have Strong analytical skills with an ability to resolve issues in a short span of time
- Should be a good decision maker always.
