Role: Associate (Chat Process)

Location : Bahadurpally, Hyderabad - Telangana

Responsibilities:

• A professional way of approach in handle various chats in the process as per policy and guidelines
• You are responsible to deliver high quality of outputs on time by meeting assigned targets
• Checking with internal team and supervisors incase of any further clarifications on the process
• Escalating issues to the concerned department for accurate results.

Key Skills:

• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical skills 
• Good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Good typing knowledge is an added advantage

Working days:

• 5days working and 2 days week off
• Shifts will be rotational 
• 24*7 Environment
