  • Resolving Technical issues related to application services
  • You will closely work with QA, Operations, customer service, Finance, sales and alliances to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with all transactions.
  • You need to support via email, phone, webex etc.. focused on several products module which Qualys offers.
  • Need to be a good team player
  • Collaborating with team and delivering best outputs.
  • Report to managers on performance status and any escalations.

Qualification & Desired Skills:

  • Graduate with computer science background
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good Technical skills of LAN/WIFI infrastructures
