Role : Resolution Coordinator


As a Customer Care Senior Resolution Coordinator, you will handle a high volume of incoming contacts, including calls, chats, and emails. You will be responsible for providing timely, accurate responses to customer queries while navigating multiple systems to resolve issues.

Your main goal will be to deliver Extraordinary Customer Care by efficiently managing customer queries, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA), and adhering to quality guidelines. Whether you are responding via phone, chat, or email, you will play a critical role in maintaining Walmart’s high standards of service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, stores, and associates.
  • Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate and timely solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries and addressing concerns.
  • Adhere to quality standards and service level agreements (SLA).
  • Switch between phone, chat, and email support as required by business needs.
  • Accurately process customer queries and provide resolution within set guidelines.


Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for freshers or individuals with up to 9 months of relevant customer service experience. Candidates should be:

  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Able to interact with customers in a professional, conversational manner.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Focused on delivering excellent customer care with a high level of urgency.
  • Able to meet the minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word).
