Role: Technical Support 


Responsibilities: 

You will provide first level Support on Dell supplied products or peripherals

You will assign incidents in line with documented guidelines & procedures

You will demonstrate good judgment in analyzing information for making best decisions.

Yu will also handle all inbound calls, emails, & web interface to support existing & fresh customers.

You will learn Dell Technologies products & services & should be able to identify that how these products are useful to customers.

You will be compliant & adhere to process design as per the management decision.

You will cooperate & collaborate with colleagues, cross- functionally, to support the technical solution process.

You will understand the administrative & operational requirements of the job.

You will clearly & concisely log and track details of solutions provided to resolve customer issues while maintaining & updating customer database as per policy and guidelines.


Qualifications : 

Any Graduate Fresher to 4 years of relevant experience is required

Undergraduates with 1 year experience is required

Should be willing to work in 24/7 environment.

Should be capable of handling work pressure under heavy work load conditions


Desirable Requirements: 

Must be having good knowledge on PC/Hardware/Software and other computer related peripherals

Any relevant certifications will also be preferred.
