Job Description:

• Handling Technical issues from customers & providing exceptional customer service.
• Responding to the inquiries about the issues
• Delivering best outputs with very good accuracy
• Responding to call, chats and self service tickets
• Collaborating with team and delivering best outputs.
• Report to managers on performance status and any escalations.
• Following standard service desk process.
• Identify and escalate priority related issues to the next level teams.

Experience: 0.6 Months - 3 years

Passouts : 2019/2020/2021/2022

2021 Batch can apply : Yes but with experience

Department: Helpdesk Operations

Office Timings: Rotational

Qualification & Desired Skills:

• Any Graduate
• Good Communication Skills
• Good customer support skills
• Excellent problem solving and logical reasoning skills
• Good Oral and written communication skills
• Written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate - Computer science
• Preferable with good customer support.
• Fluent Communication & clarity
