Job Title: Service Desk (Technical Support) - Immediate Hiring for Freshers!

Role Overview:

As a Service Desk (Technical Support) specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide exceptional support after hours as well. This role involves diagnosing and resolving issues such as:

• Communication Issues: Fixing connectivity problems between paint dispensers and PCs used in color match machines.

• Network Troubleshooting: Assisting when PCs lose network connectivity.

• Software Support: Troubleshooting issues within our selling tools and software used for color designing.

• Hardware & Application Support: Providing support for various selling tools, laptops, PCs, thermal printers, and spectrometers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests and provide on-call support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
• Resolve communication and calibration issues involving paint dispensers and color match machines.
• Provide support for network connectivity issues.
• Assist users with selling tools, color designing software, and thermal printer or spectrometer issues.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Any BTech graduate can apply; freshers and candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience are welcome.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC/Laptop troubleshooting (both hardware and software). Basic knowledge of networking is essential. Knowledge of thermal printers or spectrometers is a plus.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

• Availability: Only immediate joiners are preferred.

• Work Environment: This role is office-based, with rotational shifts including night shifts. You'll enjoy rotational off days, and transportation will be provided on both sides for your convenience.

Walkin Date: 30 September - 4th October.

Time: 11.00 AM - 2.00 PM
